Identification while contacting M-Files

Overview

While contacting M-Files Support, your company identification is the key for smoother handling. What information is needed and where to find it?
 

E-mail Domain

While contacting M-Files Support, please make sure you're contacting us from your Company's e-mail domain address. If you contact us from any other e-mail address, we will be required to ask your Company's Trusted Person to identify you before any support can be offered.
 

Company Name and Subscription ID

In your e-mail, please also mention clearly which Company you're contacting us from and present the Subscription ID. For our support to be able to help you, you must have an active Subscription, and this can be verified with the Subscription ID.
You can find the Subscription ID from your invoice as shown below.
