Why M-Files works faster for admin users

Overview

Sometimes there is a difference between the duration of some action depending from the user's status. If the user is a Vault Admin, the duration of an action can be much shorter than the duration of the same action done by a "basic user".

So, Vault Admin has the permissions to see and read all vault content (including deleted objects). When Vault Admin does e.g. search within M-Files Desktop, no security evaluation takes place and therefore the searches can be faster.
