M-Files Empower is a unified portal that brings together M-Files product information, guidance, and support content into one easy-to-use experience. It supports everyday work with the new M-Files Desktop and M-Files Web, making it easier to get started, stay productive, and troubleshoot when needed.

Here you can access:
User guides and how-to instructionsProduct and feature documentationTroubleshooting and support articlesGetting started and onboarding materialsRelease notes and downloadsTips, best practices, and general knowledge articlesIn practice, this means M-Files content that was previously scattered across multiple locations is now available in one place.
Important information
Here are a few things to know:
- Currently available in English
- Content is optimized for the new M-Files Desktop and M-Files Web.
- Content for classic clients remains available in existing user guides.
- Existing portals (M-Files Help Center, M-Files Product Center, M-Files knowledge base, M-Files user guide, and support articles from M-Files Support Portal) will remain available during the transition.
- Some have entered maintenance mode, and others may be retired later.
- Guidance banners and redirects will help users transition to M‑Files Empower.
- Support tickets are still created and managed in M-Files Support Portal.
- M-Files Academy, Partner Portal, Developer Portal, and Solution Catalog are not part of M-Files Empower at this stage.
Empower will continue to evolve with improvements to content, navigation, search, and future AI-driven capabilities.
