Overview

If you are receiving the "License activation failed due to invalid license, please contact Support" error.

Try removing the registry entry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\M-Files\Advanced Outlook add-in for M-Files
Value name: License
Value type: REG_SZ

Steps needed:

Close Outlook
Remove that License value completely or fix the right license key for it directly in the registry.
Restart Outlook.
