Overview
When doing a PDF conversion through M-Files Client, for example by right clicking the document and selecting 'Save as PDF' and 'Convert to PDF (replaces original file)', the links in resulting PDF does not work anymore.
Solution
This is currently a known limitation in PDF conversion done through M-Files client and the release availability with the fix can be tracked with ID 94285 through our release notes: https://product.m-files.com/release-notes
As a workaround the document can be converted to PDF through M-Files workflow action ('Convert to PDF format'), which does not have this limitation. https://userguide.m-files.com/user-guide/latest/eng/State_actions.html
