Overview
Trying to use Document compare functionality may give following errors in M-Files Desktop:

Solution
Error 1) indicates that the access from M-Files client to remote Document Compare server is blocked.
This server URI and API key are defined in Advanced Vault Settings in M-Files Admin tool:
Please check from firewall settings that the connection Document Compare server is not blocked.
This error indicates that normally firewall is blocking the access.
Error 2) indicates that API Key is not valid. In that case, please check the API key provided.
