Overview
Sometimes there can be an error situation when trying to generate a document in Ment.
Here is an example of an authorization error in Ment when document is tried to be generated.
Solution
When this error appears one possible solution is to generate a new token so that connection to M-Files will be authorized. New token generation can be done from this place -> go to Home -> Organization settings ->
When organization settings is clicked next window below will be opened.
click SSO tab -> click the "Issue a new token" -button.
New token is now generated, and document generation should be working again.
