Overview
This document describes how you can create Hubshare hub's from M-Files client using templates that are already created on the Hubshare side.
Solution
For using Hub templates directly from the M-Files you need first to create Hub template object in M-Files and link it to existing hub template in Hubshare.
- In Hubshare go to My hubs page and choose Manage templates.
- Choose template (or create new one) you want to use and click three dots at end of the line to open menu, choose Properties.
- From the Properties window copy Identifier value.
- In the M-Files client choose Menu -> Create -> Hub template. Paste identifier value to Hubshare ID field, give appropriate name (it can be same or different than template has in Hubshare) and save.
- When creating new Hub from the M-Files you can see this template in Hub template field.
