Overview
User would like to disable or revoke a license to a vault
Solution
M-Files can disable licenses on cloud vaults, but not for an on-premises vault. M-Files has less access to on-premises vaults so we can only permanently revoke a license, not suspend it.
From a renewal perspective, the customer (or Partner) will have to pay for the entire period ending on the original expiration date. The license would not be renewed at that point, so it would be expired moving forward. M-Files can cancel the subscription, but there won't be a refund. If the customer does pay afterwards, it will be for a new license.
