Overview
Compliance Kit User Synchronization module can create objects for hosting additional user data. Usually, these objects are named "Person" or "Employee".
If you notice excessive versioning of these objects, and you have Hubshare in use, please check the following.
Solution
Hubshare forces the email to be in the same format as the user's email in Hubshare.
If there is a difference in the capitalization of the email in the M-Files user account vs Hubshare, this can cause an infinite loop. The User Sync module sets the email to the user account format, after which the Hubshare application updates it to the format in Hubshare.
Change the format of the email in Hubshare to prevent this loop. If the user is internal and not invited to another company, you can modify the email address. Otherwise, you will need to delete the account and recreate it with an updated email address.
