Overview
The user encounters error when trying to open a “.doc” document in Word Online with editing rights. For example, like this.

Solution
The .doc format is not supported in the Hubshare when opening the document for editing and the extension.docx is required to get the file edited. User needs to convert the .doc document to the .docx format and there are guides on the Web on how the conversion is done.
