M-Files Connector for Copilot: Check material uploaded to Microsoft

Overview

This article describes how to check the files uploaded to Microsoft via M-Files Connector for Copilot. 

Solution

1. Login to https://m365.cloud.microsoft with an admin account. Note that the URL after authentication must be https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/?auth=2.

2. Click Search on the left:
   
   

3. Disable "Try the new Copilot Search":

4. Search with anything, except an empty search:

5. Now you can see the vertical:

6. Click the vertical (in my case KimmoCon2V2).

7. Modify the URL by removing the value of the parameter q and hit enter. Example below.

into

https://m365.cloud.microsoft/search/123456789_abcd7usn?q=

8. -> Now you can see the files that can be used for copilot queries. Note that the number of files here is not necessary the same as in the Graph. This will open a list of all files uploaded to Vertical.
