Overview
Saving multiple emails to M-Files fails when using M-Files for Outlook Pro with Classic Outlook client. When issue is seen there will be no "Save all to M-Files" pop-up and only the first email is saved.
Solution
The issue can be seen when the M-Files add-in window is not open on Outlook, before selecting the emails. When saving more than one email make sure that the M-Files window is first opened or alternatively use the pin option to keep the window open.
This is related to known issue, COLAB-916. When it is fixed, it can be found from our release notes.
