Overview
Attempts to convert a file to PDF (adding a separate file) were apparently successful, however, the document wouldn't preview. M-Files could issue "The system cannot find the file specified" or "Sorry, we couldn't find your file" when attempting to access it.
Solution
When long file names are used in a conversion process, make sure the resultant file name doesn't exceed 256 characters (Windows file system limitation).
