Overview

When you try to activate your license for Advanced Outlook Add-In for M-Files, you might get the following error message:

In addition, you are not able to get the License activation pop-up to appear.
 

Solution


The license information (license key + user email) has been deactivated and you need to create a support request to support@m-files.com to reactivate your license.
