Aino Semantic Index license is missing from M-Files Manage

Overview
There is a processing period before the license becomes available in Manage. When a new Aino Semantic Index license is purchased, it may take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated in M-Files Manage. This applies to all purchased licenses.
If the license is not available in M-Files Manage after 24 hours, you can contact the M-Files licensing team at licensing@m-files.com to ensure the license is part of your deliverables. If they confirm that the license is part of your deliverables but you are unable to retrieve the license and activate the Aino Semantic index, please create a case in the M-Files Support Portal for assistance.
