Overview
You have tried to log in to the M-Files Customer Support Portal, but you are unsure about your password or if you have access rights at all. You have tried to reset your password from the portal, but you haven't received any emails. You have also checked your spam folders.
Solution
In this case your access for the portal hasn't usually been enabled yet. Your organization's Support Portal admin should enable your access from the portal (How to Use Support Portal). That will automatically send you an email and instructions on how to set up a new password and access the portal. After the account has been enabled you should also be able to reset your password from the portal login page.
However, if Support Portal admin has enabled your access but you are still unable to login to the Customer Support Portal or reset your password you can request your Support Portal admin to reset your password manually. If that still doesn't help the Support Portal admin should create a support ticket about the issue from the portal.
