Replication feature in M-Files is intended for replicating certain metadata structures and objects as such to another vault(s). There is not feature implemented at the time of writing this article to provide such functionality with which you could e.g. transform a certain structure to another type. For example, a class in vault A cannot be transformed to an object type in vault B with replication.
