How to Remove Disabled Users from Showing Up on Other Users' Workflow Assignee Options

Overview

When a User is disabled, they will continue to show up as a possible assignee for a workflow.

Solution

To remove the disabled user from the other users' dropdown list:

-Go to the Admin console - Vault Name - Users - right-click username - Properties - Permissions - select the user group (probably all internal users) - change the permission "See this user" to "Deny". 

The change will be updated when the user restarts their M-Files vault and the users will no longer see the disabled user (Admin will still see them).

Note: This will have to be done for each individual disabled user.  There is no way to mass update them.
