Disable "Add property" Option on the Metadata Card in M-Files

How to remove the Add Property feature on Metadata Cards so that the user cannot add a new property to a metadata card

Solution

You can hide the Add Property option by creating a rule in the Metadata Card configuration in the admin console:

Vault Name - Configurations - Metadata Card - Configuration - Rules - Behavior - Metadata Card - Theme - Add Property Link - Is Hidden = Yes

This rule as written above will hide the Add Property option for all metadata cards. You can configure this rule to apply to just certain conditions, such as class type or object type.
