Overview
When using the M-Files Plugin for Hubshare, you might need (for troubleshooting reasons) to enable logs, so you have a deeper view on what happens on your configuration. This article will show you how to enable them.
Solution
- Open M-Files Admin
- Go to your Configurations and Other Applications
- In the M-Files Plugin for Hubshare settings, go to the Configuration tab
- In the "Logging Configuration" part, select "Yes" to "Enabled"
- If you want to edit the other settings to customize the logging, go ahead.
- To access the logs, go to your Dashboard and you will see the "Logging" section.
Those logs can help you identify why some actions did not go through, or if M-Files Support needs those logs to be sent in your case.
