Overview
After upgrading to the March 2023 (23.3), the web page that opens when you click a link may appear broken - you won't see the links to click, if you had previously selected your default option preference the chosen client won't open.
Details
The Web client has not been set up correctly for this version.
There is a change in how this is done starting from the 22.10 release (October 2022), and the old manual way of setting up the Web Access may result in similar issues.

Follow the User Guide to set up your web client: https://userguide.m-files.com/user-guide/latest/eng/setting_up_web_and_mobile.html.
Notes on common mistakes and omissions:
- Make sure to review the nested articles on the necessary IIS components.
- Follow the article suitable for your setup (e.g., proxy setup, or just Web, or Web + Classic Web).
- Make sure that the "vnext" and "wopi" web applications that you may have had before are deleted from the web site in IIS, they are not needed anymore.

Note: we have an improvement request under review with ID 167211, to make changes so that the set-up of the web client as described above is not needed and you could keep using the old manual approach. As always, we publish the fixed issues and implemented features with their IDs on our release notes. It is still recommended to use that wizard to set up the web client anyway.
