Overview
As an M-Files Manage Admin, you may want to permanently delete users but find that it is not initially apparent how to do so.
Solution
It is possible to permanently delete a user in M-Files Manage by clicking on the User and disabling them first. After the User is disabled, you will then have the option to delete them.
- In Manage, find the user you would like to delete and click on their profile.
- Find the three-dot submenu and click "Disable user from subscription".
- After the user is disabled, click the same three-dot submenu and you should have a new option to delete the now-disabled user. Please note that this will permanently delete the user from the M-Files subscription.
