*This solution only applies to On-Premises Installations as Cloud Vault Logins will normally not have any Server Level Admin permissions.When working in Advanced Vault Settings in the Configurations section of the Admin Tool you might see some sections missing that should otherwise be present.
For instance, notice that 'Background Task' and 'External Repositories' exists in the first picture below but not the second despite both being the same vaults:
