How does Docusign Envelopes and Seats work with M-Files
Solution
M-Files DocuSign vault application does not count the number of Envelopes sent in any way. M-Files does not care about Seat amounts as long as they are in the same account. Seat is only a license-related concept in DocuSign.
If the customer quota is full, there will be an error message sent by Docusign during the check-in since check-in is what triggers sending. In that sense, seat amount does not affect the Docusign vault application usage. Docusign UserID does not change when a user is assigned to a different seat in the same account, so the credentials and authentication info remain the same.
