Overview
For admins who would like to know who created or modified Workflows. It is assumed that a number of other modifications will be tracked as wellSolution
In MF Admin:1. Right click on the desired vault and choose Properties.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Check the box 'Advanced Event Log Features'.
4. Click Apply and Ok.
From this point, you will be able to see who has modified (and it is assumed created) Workflows, as well as other items.
5. Check the Event Logs for changes and modifications made to the vault.
*It should be noted that previous modifications will not appear in the Event Log AFTER the above fix is applied.
