Overview
Once you have M-Files Web configured and the URL set to vault properties, you can use the Copy Link feature to create links. The link created by the Copy Link command asks how you want to open it instead of listing the options in the link like the classic M-Files link option.
To modify your notifications to use the new M-Files Link, navigate to Advanced Vault Settings in the M-Files Admin tool, then Configuration > Notifications > Notification Templates > Email Templates > Default and to the template you wish to modify.
The classic link option is called "NameAndLinksHtml()".
The new M-Files link option is called "NameWithHtmlLink()".
