Overview

Change the way that information inside a View is grouped.
 

Solution

To get the View grouping to change, click on the bar at the top of the Browse section so that only the list of Views shows.

Highlight the View you want to chance and then right click to choose Properties.  Make your changes (collapse/expand).

This will work for all groups except 'Other Views' that the User has permissions to change.  To change a Common View, the User will need to have the Manage Common Views and Notification Rules permissions box checked.

Make sure the views are listed in accordance with your needs.  Log out and then back in.  You should now see the changes in the View area.
