Overview
You have an environment that uses Compliance Kit Object Creator to enable Document Actions. M-Files Desktop and M-Files Classic Web have Document Actions available, but M-Files Web does not have the option.
Solution
The Document Actions functionalities are provided by the Compliance Kit Object Creator, and it uses UI Extensions. At the moment, the M-Files Web UI Extension does not support this functionality. Please see more information from this document: M-Files Feature Comparison.pdf (Column "UI Extensibility Framework" in the table).
We have an open improvement ID 156005 to enable full UI Extension support.

Note: The same behavior applies to all vault applications using UI Extensions.
