Overview

Explaining the difference between Verify and Repair - Quick and Thorough operations.

Explanation

Verify and Repair operation can be used to check the M-Files vault for database and file related problems. Verify and repair does not detect every possible issue, but it does multiple different checks to the database and files.

Please review the following article in detail for important information about this operation (such as when to run, what it does, that the Thorough operation takes considerably longer and is rarely needed, etc.): https://userguide.m-files.com/user-guide/latest/eng/faq_running_verify_and_repair.html

The following tasks are performed when you run the Verify and Repair maintenance operation:

  1. Verifying vault information
