Disabling the Auto-Populating of Email Contact Person in the M-Files Client

Overview

In case you need to update or remove the automatic population of the contact person or Email Address, it can be done via the Admin Tool. 

Solution

In the Admin Tool, right click on the Vault Name and select 'Email Client Integration Settings'.

Change the contact person object type to not specified so that a contact person is not populated for the email.
