How enable two-factor authentication for all users in Hubshare

Overview

This document describes how enable two-factor authentication for all users in Hubshare (M-Files).

Solution

1. Log in into Hubshare as administrator
2. Click Settings

3. Click Company and then click "Manage two-factor authentication"

 

4. From "Always force 2FA for", you can define how two-factor authentication will be used. Options are:
   1. None
   2. All
   3. Internal
   4. External

5. Set value for "All" if two-factor authentication needs to be used on both, internal and external users.
