Overview
You can only check the members of a specific user group via M-Files Admin, you cannot see an individual user's group memberships or export a list of a group members..
Solution
You can use the free User Synchronization module in M-Files Compliance Kit to address this. The User Sync module can maintain a list of user group memberships on Employee/Person objects in the vault.
Having the information available in vault objects allows non-administrators to see user group memberships if needed. You can restrict the visibility of the memberships via property definition permissions.
You can also create views that display user group members and export this list with the view export option in M-Files Desktop and M-Files Web.
