Operation Not Permitted During Compliance Kit Upgrade

Overview


This error is likely caused by an M-Files Compliance Kit upgrade that has not been completed.

 

Solution

In M-Files Admin, navigate to  Vault > Configurations > Other Applications and check if there is a "Compliance Kit Upgrade" option available. If there is, please see the instructions on the dashboard to complete the upgrade.
