Overview
Currently M-Files doesn't automatically update its objects if some entity/item in Dynamics CRM is deleted. The item is visible in M-Files Admin when checking the contents of the object type, the deleted item is also visible in M-Files Desktop when selecting from the Object Type value list.
Using the update function on the object type in M-Files Admin does not solve the issue
Solution
To ensure that entities which are deleted in Dynamics CRM are also removed from M-Files vault, set the M-Files.All parameter to true. M-Files removes Dynamics CRM objects from a vault only during full import (that is, when the extension gets the full result set of entities from Dynamics CRM) which is executed rarely due to general performance requirements for external connections.
