Overview
An on-premises vault can be added to M-Files Manage to use the Manage functionalities. However, when an on-premises vault needs to be removed from M-Files Manage, it might remain visible even when detached. This happens because detaching the on-prem vault from M-Files Manage doesn't remove it from there, and the vault stays visible in the vault listing.
Solution
The solution is to first detach the on-prem vault from M-Files Admin on the on-prem vault server, which will then detach the vault from M-Files Manage.
If the on-premises vault is detached from M-Files Manage and is still visible in the listing, you need to contact M-Files Support to have it removed.
