New M-Files Support Satifaction Survey

We in the M-Files support want that you have an excellent experience while working with us.

Our customer satisfaction and your feedback is very important to us.

When we close the case that you reported to us, our system sends an automatic satisfaction survey via email.

We would very much like you to complete it to receive your feedback. As we took a new ticketing tool into use in November also the satisfaction survey was renewed. It has only three questions nowadays. Two of those are Overall Satisfaction (Scale 1-5) and Net Promoter Score (NPS with scale 0-10). One is a free text field where you can leave comments.

Note! If you want just preview the survey, please make certain that you do not accidentally submit it empty. If you just click repeatedly the next button, it eventually sends the survey empty. After the survey has been sent you cannot submit it again.
