Overview
When contacting M-Files customer support from our Support Portal, the user will get messages from different email addresses. The article will explain the logic behind this to help messages routing based on sender address.
Details
The following email addresses are in use by the M-Files ticketing system:
- reply.support@m-files.com - this address is used in the automatic response to the first message from our system to the customer when they open a service request
- support@m-files.com - this address will be used after that, during messaging in the case thread.
You may want to whitelist both of them to ensure you do not miss notifications and they do not go to your spam/junk folder.
