Overview
When your M-Files on-premises subscription uses license automation, this information is pushed to the M-Files Manage backend:
- Name and GUID of the M-Files server <-> M-Files Manage connection: this is the MFCloudManagementApiServerGuid setting under branch Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Motive\M-Files\<version number>\Server\MFServer
- Names and GUIDs of the vaults on the server.
- Names and GUIDs of the installed add-ons and vault applications.
Note: in case you have joined your M-Files server to M-Files Manage, which is a separate operation/service, this information is pushed to the M-Files Manage backend:
- Name and GUID of the M-Files server <-> M-Files Manage connection: this is the MFCloudManagementApiServerGuid setting under branch Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Motive\M-Files\<version number>\Server\MFServer
- Names and GUIDs of the vaults on the server.
- Login accounts and login account properties on the server.
- Users and user properties of all vaults on the server.
- User groups and user group properties of all vaults on the server.
