Overview
With M-Files for Outlook Pro, you can map Outlook email properties to M-Files metadata fields, which auto-populate when saving emails to M-Files vaults. This article explains the available email property mappings and provides instructions on how to set them up.
Solution
M-Files for Outlook Pro supports automatic mapping for the following email property fields: To, From, Cc, Subject, Received, Sent, Sensitivity, Importance, and Conversation ID.
You can configure them from the M-Files Plugin for Outlook's configuration in M-Files Admin: Navigate to Vault's Configurations -> Other Applications -> M-Files Plugin for Outlook -> Configuration -> Email Properties.
Note that this feature is not available in the M-Files for Outlook Lite.
